Privacy Policy

Last updated: 5 October 2026

This policy explains what happens to your information when you use 49s.live. In short: we do not ask for or store anything that identifies you. The site shows advertising from Google, which uses cookies as described below.

1. What we collect

Nothing that identifies you. 49s.live has no accounts, no sign-up, no comment or contact forms and no analytics. The numbers you pick in the number checker are checked in your browser and never leave it.

2. Advertising and cookies

We show ads from Google AdSense. Google and its partners use cookies to serve ads, including ads based on your previous visits to this and other websites, and to measure how ads perform. You can read how Google uses information from sites that use its services, and turn off personalised ads at any time in Google’s Ads Settings. Where the law requires it, you are asked for consent before personalised ads are shown.

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site works without them.

3. Services that process your data

• Cloudflare delivers this website and, like any web host, processes your IP address to do so.
• Google serves the ads, as described above.
• Our own server keeps no record of the pages you visit; it logs only errors, such as a broken link, so they can be fixed.

We do not sell, rent or trade personal information.

4. Your rights

Under South Africa’s Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), and the UK and EU GDPR where they apply, you have the right to ask what personal information is held about you, and to have it corrected or deleted. Because we hold none, requests about advertising data are best made to Google through its Ads Settings and privacy tools. You may also complain to the Information Regulator (South Africa) or your local data protection authority.

5. Betting

49s.live publishes results for information only. We do not take bets, and we are not affiliated with any lottery or betting operator. Betting is for over-18s only.

6. Apps

The UK 49s Live Results, Lunchtime Results and Teatime Results apps have their own policy: App Privacy Policy.

7. Changes and contact

If this policy changes, this page is updated and the date at the top changes with it. Questions can be sent to info@49s.live.
